We ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. We only ship via the USPS. Orders under 13oz ship first class mail (2-5 business days in transit within the US) and orders over 13oz ship priority rate, also (2-5 business days). You can expect your order within 2 -5 business days.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of items ordered and location. (Excluding Flat Rate Shipping.)
We currently do not ship international orders.
Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some items that appear in stock may not actually be in stock. We will immediately flag a product as “out of stock” at the level of purchase, but sometimes customers will deplete our stock before we have a chance to update our website. We will call you or e-mail to see if you would like to make a substitution or if you would like to wait until we have it “in stock”.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.
If your product was damaged please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product and we will send you a replacement product at no cost. We may ask for a picture of the damaged item to better serve our customers in the future.
If you are dissatisfied with your product please let us know within 10 days of making the purchase. You may return the items in unopened new condition for a full refund. If items are opened or used and you are not satisfied with them you may return them and we will offer a partial credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
